1. General Information
Basketball Witch is a brand operated by FASFIN d.o.o., Slovenia, European Union.
We ship all Basketball Witch orders from Slovenia using GLS (General Logistics Systems).
We currently ship within the European Union. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties for EU customers.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Processing Time
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET may be processed faster, depending on stock availability and operational capacity.
During high-demand periods, including product launches or promotions, processing times may be longer.
If significant processing delays occur, we will inform customers by email using the contact information provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak seasons, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
If significant delivery delays occur, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time, customers may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel the order where legally applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order size, and available shipping options.
All shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before the customer completes payment.
No hidden shipping fees are added after purchase.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified value. Any free shipping condition will be clearly displayed before checkout.
If a country or delivery method is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is currently not available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a GLS tracking number, where tracking is available.
You can track your shipment via the GLS tracking system using the tracking information provided.
6. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete before placing your order.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, GLS may attempt redelivery or provide pickup options, depending on local carrier practice.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply where permitted by applicable law.
All products are packed using protective packaging designed for normal transport handling.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@basketballwitch.com.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damaged parcel, product, and packaging.
We will work with GLS to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the European Union.
If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
9. Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
After dispatch, delivery is performed by GLS. However, Basketball Witch and FASFIN d.o.o. remain responsible for your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Parcels delivered to parcel lockers or pickup points must be collected within the carrier’s specified collection period. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us and additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply where permitted by applicable law.
