Product identification and traceability are ensured through model markings on the product, LOT number labeling, and batch (LOT) markings and records on the packaging.
3. Object of the Declaration
The Shooting Spot is a toy intended for active play and basketball shooting practice, used to mark a position on the ground for repeated shots.
The Anti-Slip Case is an integral functional part of the toy system, designed to improve grip, stability and impact behaviour. It is not intended for standalone use.
Partial stepping on the product is permitted only when the Anti-Slip Case is correctly installed. Without the Anti-Slip Case, the Shooting Spot is intended for use as a visual reference only.
The product is intended for children aged 6 years and above.

4. Declaration
This EU Declaration of Conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant EU legislation, including:
- Directive 2009/48/EC – Safety of Toys
- Regulation (EU) 2023/988 – General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
The materials used in the product comply with the requirements of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 regarding substances of very high concern (SVHC), as confirmed by supplier documentation.
5. Harmonised Standards
The following harmonised standards have been applied:
- EN 71-1:2014+A1:2018 – Mechanical and physical properties
- EN 71-2:2020 – Flammability
- EN 71-3:2019+A2:2024 – Migration of certain elements
6. Conformity Assessment Procedure
The conformity assessment procedure has been carried out in accordance with Module A (Internal Production Control) as set out in Directive 2009/48/EC.
No notified body has been involved.
7. Chemical Compliance (EN 71-3)
Compliance with migration requirements is supported by laboratory testing and supplier documentation.
- TPU-95A (ASC): Verified by SGS testing
- PCTG black (SSM): Verified by NLZOH testing (www.nlzoh.si)
PCTG colour variants (blue, red)
Compliance has been assessed using a worst-case approach based on the black variant, considering:
- identical base polymer,
- identical manufacturing process (FDM),
- identical geometry,
- supplier documentation (TDS/SDS, NLZOH testing),
- supplier compliance confirmation,
- measured values below EN 71-3 limits.
Based on this assessment, colour variants comply with EN 71-3 requirements.
8. Technical Documentation
Compliance is supported by the manufacturer's technical documentation (Technical File), including:
- risk assessment (ISO 12100 / EN 71-1)
- material specifications
- supplier declarations
- laboratory reports
- production and quality control records
The documentation is retained for at least 10 years after the product has been placed on the market.
