Basketball Witch is a brand operated by FASFIN d.o.o., focused on the design, development, manufacturing, assembly, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce sale of sports toys and accessories.

Products sold under the Basketball Witch brand are classified as toys for active physical play (age 6+).

They are developed and assessed in accordance with applicable European legislation and relevant standards, including:

The product must be used only in accordance with the provided instructions.

  • use on unsafe, unstable, or unsuitable surfaces
  • improper installation or incomplete use of the product system

FASFIN d.o.o. shall not be liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, or use outside intended conditions.
